Losing Weight Without Exercising

It gets harder if you were used to take them before but with time you will overcome the craving.

Take water regularly

Increasing the amount of water you take in a day will make you take less food and hence less calories intake. Take lots of water to replace other beverages that contain calories. Intake of Water also helps in digestion and in overall the whole body becomes healthy.
