Hi VIPs! We’re almost at the end of the week. It’s been a busy one in showbiz with a lot of celebrities partying hard. The quiet Easter period is officially over, Spring has sprung and so it would be rude not to make use of the longer, lighter evenings.
However, the Live Like a VIP team are starting to think that there must be an unofficial dress code in celebrity circles. If you look at the best events of the week so far, the stars are either wearing black or white. Eva Longoria looked stunning at a Victoria Beckham fashion party at Barney’s in LA.
However, do you think Kate Beckinsale looks better in black at the same party? It’s a tough call.
Lauren Pope from The Only Way is Essex chose a white boho chic outfit for the launch of New Look’s new Men’s collections. We had a look on the New Look website and it’s not from there but New Look do have some nice white mesh skirts.
Her Made in Chelsea rival Rosie Fortescue, meanwhile, rocked black lace at the launch of the new Ivy restaurant in Chelsea. She looks good enough to eat, forget about the food!
Moving back to white, Queen Beyonce looked bootylicious in a skirt and white top at the opening of the Giuseppe Zanotti store opening in LA. Va va voom!We love this outfit as it flatters her figure in all the right places.
However, Emmy Rossum looked like a princess at a charity ball in New York. It’s like something you’d find in a movie like Alice In Wonderland – a true fairtyale dress but maybe for the wicked Queen rather than an innocent Princess?
Also, adding to the black beauties, Sarah Harding looked chic at a party at the M&M’s flagship store in London. This can be dressed up or dressed down, depending on what shoes you wear with it. I’d like to see what it looks like with gladiator sandals.

Have a great day and we’ll see you tomorrow with more celebrity gossip.
