Good morning and Happy Friday! I don’t know what it is about the end of the week, but Friday always feels a million times better than a Monday. No matter if your week’s been good or bad, you’ve got through it and it’s time to treat yourself to a little relaxation. Personally, I like to escape and switch off by reading a bit of gossip, by finding out what the stars are up to so I can decide if I want to Live Like a VIP or Live Better Than a VIP (because they don’t always get it right, do they, eh, Miley Cyrus?).
Let’s start with the positives, and one man that I am happy to report we will be seeing a lot more of soon is Superman actor Henry Cavill. To celebrate that, here is a photo:

Also looking drop dead gorgeous now and someone whose dress I definitely wanted to copy was Cate Blanchett, who was at the New York Film Festival

Maybe they should give some cookies to Robert Pattinson, cheer him up a bit. He attended an Arctic Monkeys gig in Hollywood looking like someone was abut to shoot him. He’s meant to be all loved up with Sean Penn’s daughter Dylan but he looks like someone whose had their cat stolen not like someone who has a new girlfriend.

Back to the positives, I have to mention Tess Daly and I think she was looking particularly hot as she attended Alan Carr’s Talk Show. It’s on TV tonight (Friday) and I’m looking forward to hearing her thoughts on this series of Strictly Come Dancing. Personally, if I had to choose between Strictly or The X Factor its Strictly all the way.
And finally let’s end with an inspirational photo. You may be feeling fat, you may be feeling hungover or tired but you probably still look a lot better than Cara Delevigne, She may have looked amazing on the catwalks of Paris Fashion Week, but when she flew to Rio after her work was done she looked likea tramp. The reason I like this photo is it shows no matter what you look like when you wake up, it is possible to look lots better when you have someone to help with your hair / makeup etc.
