If you want to get in shape, girls and guys, then you need to lift weights and you need to constantly shock the body by trying new things.

When it comes to WEIGHTS you can do the routines anywhere and everywhere and see results fast if you do what I do. I’ve been seeing celebrity trainer Derrick Twum from MEM Fitness who gives me new routines every session and we take photos of all the exercises.   CLICK HERE to get started. DO IT! When it comes to CARDIO I think it helps if you have something to train towards or someone to push you. This could be a long distance run, a commitment to a sports team or a trainer to tell you to go faster / further.
