Train Like A VIP!

If you do the same exercises over and over again then you’ll either get bored and quit or your body will get used to what you’re doing and you’ll stop seeing results. So shake it up a bit! Find something fun that works for you. I’m on a mission to test out a variety of ways of staying in shape, which you can see in my fitness blog posts.

UPDATE: I’ve just started filming some fitness videos on my YouTube channel, Live Like a VIP to show what kind of ways you can workout and have fun at the same time. They’re efficient workouts as I don’t have time to workout if it’s not doing anything) but they are social activities.  This is the kind of content you can expect:
