Beyonce walks in secret Tom Ford show:
Is there no end to Beyonce’s talents? When she’s not reaching impossibly high notes or throwing fierce shapes on stage she’s putting her stunning looks to good use.
The singer walked in Tom Ford’s secret presentation of his first womenswear collection for this spring/summer and stomped her way down the catwalk like a true pro.
Beyonce, sporting a fabulous afro do and sequinned gold number, was also joined by some other famous faces on the runway, including Julianne Moore, Daphne Guinness, Rita Wilson, Karen Elson and Chanel Iman.
Check out footage from the show and see if you can spot Beyonce’s sister sitting front row. Almost clones of each other, good looks clearly run in the Knowles family!
Alexa Chung aims for a sexy look in 2011:
We are huge fans of Alexa Chung’s style. Always appearing as if it’s taken no longer than half asleep flick through her wardrobe to pick her red carpet look, the style icon always manages to look amazing and leave us green with envy.
Famed for once admitting her style was “schoolboy meets Granny”, Alexa rarely raunches it up in the style stakes and seems more at home in a socks and sandal ensemble and sundress.
However, the star has stated that her look will undergo a slight make over as she plans for 2011 to be much sexier.
Speaking with Contact Music, Alexa said:
“In 2011 I want to be a bit more demure, or maybe go for a sexy look.”
We just hope by sexy she means accents of on trend lace and leather and perhaps some killer sky high heels and not getting swept away by Only Way is Essex pandemonium and opting for an orange spray tan and vajazzle. You are sexy in your own way Alexa and we love you for it.
Romeo Beckham named in Best Dressed List by GQ:
Oh to be the child of the rich and famous and receive accolades like ‚ÄúBest Dressed‚Äù at the tender age of eight. Yes, Romeo Beckham may have yet to reach double figure but that hasn’t stopped the fashion world taking note of his style.
Perhaps we’re just surprised because a top publication didn’t take note of our killer M&S twin sets and Tammy Girl jeans when we were eight but alas, Romeo has impressed the critics.
Placing 26th on GQ’s Best Dressed Men in the Country, the magazine defended their decision, claiming:
‚ÄúHe’s experimental, quirky and fun. His style has ≠nothing mini-me about it. It’s me-me!‚Äù
Not to rain on Romeo’s parade but isn’t he usually dressed by a stylist and wearing something similar to his brothers? Sucks to be Cruz and Brooklyn.
Other notable men who made the cut include Romeo’s own Dad David, Jude Law and taking the top spot, the gorgeous Aaron Johnson.
