Celeb Party Dresses: Get The Look

Now we’re midway through December, we have seen A LOT of party dresses. For the celebs, the Christmas parties started back in December and now we’ve moved on to award ceremonies like the British Fashion Awards, the Critic’s Choice Awards and the BBC Music Awards. To say it’s a busy time of year is an understatement.

However, the busier it is means the more inspiration we can take from the celebs’ outfits. We’ve picked our top 3 most Christmassy looking outfits because to look at too many dresses can be overwhelming, We just want the best!

(1) Fearne Cotton at the BBC Music Awards

Wow – what a party dress. You couldn’t get more festive than red AND sequins. And to top it off, you could get a similar dress for £85 – the Jessica Wright Sistaglam dress from Debenhams.

(2)  Naomi Campbell at the British Fashion Awards

She’s one of the original supers and she looks stunning in lace! Lace is ideal for the party season and this is better than most as it’s just so sexy without giving too much away due to the suit underneath. You can create a similar effect of hinting at what’s underneath for less than £50! The Ebonie and Ivory low black lace dress from ASOS is £48.

(3) Lucy Mecklenburgh at the Pride of Sport Awards

We just can’t help it – red is the best colour for party season. Lucy’s dress has a hint of the Spanish flamenco about it and the split at the front is just so pretty, showing off her legs slightly but not too much. The best thing about it is that we can copy her exact dress – it’s the V by Very origami pleat dress from Very.co.uk and it’s great value at £85.

Which of the 3 did you like the best?
