Fashion: Elizabeth Hurley’s Vest Tip

It’s the eternal fashion dilemma –do you go for warmth or style when it comes to fashion?

Personally, my answer will always be style. I don’t want to look like a Michelin man in a puffa jacket – it’s just not VIP. So when I saw Liz Hurley tweeting about wearing thermal vest under her Versace suit It got me thinking  perhaps I should try the same.

This photo was taken of me at St Moritz Hotel in October on a very chilly day wearing a JML Magic Layer thermal vest. As you can see it’s not at all heavy or figure-swamping. It’s simply a black top that feels warm and toasty.

Another bonus is the material feels way better, ie softer, than a normal top. You know that feeling when your alarm clock goes off and you don’t want to get out of bed because your duvet is so warm? It felt like I had a mini- duvet wrapped around my top body, without looking bulky.

As it’s so thin you can wear it under any item of clothing without people guessing you’d got one on.

So if the weather is dry and you want to wear a fashion conscious blazer rather than a Winter Coat, all you need is a vest like this JML vest his and you can keep being creative with your clothes rather than worrying about the weather.

What do you think? I know thermal vests aren’t the sexiest of subjects but it worked for Liz Hurley and it worked for me!
