Zoe Gets Spring Fresh At Leticia Haute Coiffure Salon

Where do you go for a manicure and pedicure? What about facials and massages? And where do you go to get your hair done? Wouldn’t it be easier if you could get it done all in one place? Well, now you can at the Leticia Haute Coiffure salon in London’s Marylebone PLUS you can get waxing and tanning too. Errrr, where’s the catch? I HAD to investigate to see whether it was good value or too good to be true…

My experience started at the salon’s Spring open day, where the facials were the first thing I encountered. Sometimes a salon is either really good at doing hair and offers beauty on the side or it specialises in beauty and doesn’t do much hair. I know Leticia Haute Coiffure does amazing hair (more of that later) so I’ll admit I was sceptical about their facials. I was SOOO wrong!

Look at the photo above and you will see that I am being analysed with an electronic device. This is a special tool by Keraskin. It measures your skin’s hydration, pigmentation, fatigue and wrinkles. The results are plotted on a graph next to the graphic model of perfect skin so the facialist can see what points of your skin need to be improved in order to get you closer to perfection. My results were that my skin was a bit dry and it was tired (well, I did go out the night before!) With these results, the facialist knew what my skin needed and could choose from all the different Kerakin oils to blend something just for me. A bespoke serum designed just for me. I’m repeating that because it is pretty amazing!

keraIn case you’re wondering, my facial will be 4 parts of Vitamin C serum and 2 parts of immuniste serum. It sounds pretty cool, so lets hope it actually works. It’s all very well talking about blends but the results will be when I have it done and see how it feels on my skin. Watch this space!

So what about nails? Pastels are in this summer and at Leticia Haute Coiffure they use lovely Essie nail varnish in corals and oranges, baby blue and hot pink, Manicures start at just £15.

And now for la piece de resistance – the blow dry! Check me out with the super talented Pierre below. I’ve been to him a few times as he has an ability to read my mind, know the look I want and make it bigger and better than I imagined (as I like BIG hair). But I suspect if you wanted it straight and sleek or you wanted something city chic he’d know that too.  Plus he’s quick – even with my big hair I can be in and out in 30 minutes.

Visit the Leticia Haute Coiffure website here. I highly recommend it if you’re off on holiday soon and don’t have long to get your grooming done OR if you just want to have a fantastic day in one place rather than traipse across town spending 30 minutes here and 30 minutes there. You don’t always need to suffer to be beautiful!
