Actress Charlize Theron looked breathtakingly stunning at the Oscars 2013 last Sunday. Keeping things simple, the 37-year-old looked radiant as she graced the red carpet.
The actress, who has recently had her long-flowing locks chopped off for her latest movie Mad Max: Fury Road, wowed onlookers with her crisp-white peplum Dior gown. The golden beauty added some diamonds and she was good to go. What do you think of her glamorous attire?
Let’s take a look at her style evolution over the last few years and see if the star has always been so glamorous on the red carpet…
At the 2012 Golden Globes Awards, Charlize opted for this light, and leg-baring, Christion Dior gown. Despite looking slightly chilly, we think the actress, again, looks radiant.
We’re not quite sure what’s going on with this outfit, it’s hardly what we’d call glamorous red carpet attire! At the 2011 premiere of her movie, Young Adult, at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Beverly Hills, Charlize wore a netted Stella McCartney dress and a pair of Manolo Blahniks.
At the 2010 Oscars, Charlize chose a two-tone pink Dior gown. The star seems a little uncomfortable in this gown and we can’t help but think she clashes too much with that red carpet! We much prefer her most recent Oscar attire, don’t you?
At the Hollywood Film Festival 2009, Charlize teamed a sleek leather pencil skirt with a black corset top. Although she added flashes of colour with her clutch bag, this look is too simple for a red carpet event, no?
Luckily, Charlize has learned the best of Hollywood glamour over the years and we much prefer her look now, don’t you? Do you think she deserves the ‘Best Dressed’ title this week? Leave us a comment below or tweet us @zoegriffin
