The television stars come out to play at the NTA awards…

It is the night that shows off our very best television stars and not to mention some fabulous dresses. The National Television Awards celebrates drama, soap, comedy and documentary in British television, and there were some well deserved winners last night.

Joanna Lumley received the special recognition awards for her services to television, whilst Strictly Come Dancing beat X-Factor for the first time since the shows aired.

Although we were there to see who won what award, the dresses on the red carpet deserved awards on their own. Here are some  of our favourites…
